Rum uthyres i villa utanför Malmslätt. Trädgård med uteplats, kök, badrum, vardagsrumsytor på två plan, tvättstuga o ingång delas med kvinna i 60-års åldern (arbetar mest kväll o helg så sällan samma tider i kök o badrum). I första hand till kvinnlig student. Passar någon som uppskattar lugn omgivning och närhet till natur och djur. 5 km cykelväg till universitetet, 1 km till mataffär (Ica supermarket). Hund vistas i hemmet vissa dagar, egna djur kan ej medtagas. Room in house for rent, 5 km bikeroad from the university, campus Valla. Shared kitchen, bathroom, garden, laundry etc with a 60 year old woman. Preferably to someone that enjoy nature, a garden and the calm environment just outside the city. Priority to female exchange student. Dog in the house some days, horses in the garden, no other animals allowed. 1 km from supermarket and good bus connection. Move -in/out date is flexible. Previous students have been mainly female exchange students, and 11 out of 12 students have liked this place, 1 think it is too far from all the noice and happenings.
